1. Project Renders & Elevation Views

High-resolution architectural renders show the four signature towers. They cover the boutique 4.7-acre footprint with landscaped open spaces. Elevation views are included from multiple angles. The renders illustrate the design intent. That includes tower silhouette, building façade, balcony placement and ground-level landscaping.

2. Drone & Aerial Views

Drone-captured aerial shots of the Kodathi plot show the site footprint. They cover the surrounding Sarjapur Main Road context. The 280-metre proximity to Kodathi Gate Metro Station is visible. The broader sub-market layout is also captured. Aerial views are particularly useful for NRI buyers and out-station prospects. They evaluate the site without an in-person visit.

3. Master-Plan Layout Views

Top-down master-plan layout images show tower placement and the 15,000+ sq.ft. clubhouse. They cover the swimming pool and multi-sport courts. Landscaped gardens, walking trails and kids' play areas are included. The parking layout across both basement levels is also shown.

Once construction is active (post-Q3 2026), the gallery will include quarterly photographs documenting actual build progress. Stages include excavation, foundation, slab-by-slab tower rise, finishing works and final landscape installation. Coverage runs through to handover in December 2031.

7. Location & Surroundings

Photographs cover the surrounding Kodathi–Kodathi Gate belt. Anchors include Kodathi Gate Metro Station and the Sarjapur Main Road frontage. The local D'Mart, Kodathi Gate Lake and the broader Market Square Mall Sarjapur catchment are also captured.

A Note on Photo Realism

Pre-handover photography combines two categories. The first is architectural renders. These show design intent and are computer-generated for clarity. The second is actual photographs. These cover the model apartments, on-site progress and the surrounding catchment. The handover deliverable closely matches the design-intent renders for fixed-finish elements. Fixed-finish covers flooring, fittings, kitchen cabinetry, doors and windows. Decor and soft furnishings shown in model-apartment photography are staging only. They are not part of the apartment.
