Geo-tagged site photographs from the Karnataka RERA filing show the current pre-construction stage — a cleared, levelled plot on Sarjapur Road at the project coordinates (12.8983, 77.7173), with the borewell and survey markers in place as site mobilisation begins ahead of sub-structure works from September 2026.

Launch & RERA Approval — 09 July 2026 (Current stage)

• Karnataka RERA registration granted — PR/090726/008800 (09 July 2026)
• Official launch on 09 July 2026 with confirmed pricing, inventory and Agreement-to-Sale templates
• EOI window closed at launch; the refundable ₹5–6 Lakh reservation had locked in the ₹18,335/sq.ft. launch rate for early applicants, who now convert to formal allotment (10% milestone payment, less EOI)
• Bank-loan disbursement panel activated (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, LIC Housing)
• Kodathi Experience Centre operational with 3 BHK and 4 BHK model apartments (9 AM – 7 PM daily)

Site Mobilisation — from September 2026 (Upcoming)

• Site office and contractor camp set up; survey markings and gridding finalised against the master-plan layout
• Tree-preservation, landscape survey and geotechnical/soil-test reports archived
